Ye’ah. Apparently the odd 60′s trend is making quite a splash in the pretty little world of all the la creme de la creme of fashion. Quite a paradox isn’t it? Ditching their expensive furs, silks and whatever rich attire for one of the cheapest most pretentious material, just comes to show you how screwed up we all are when it comes to fashion. What if wearing a 16th century armor was hot, would we don that? See? Point is… life in plastic is pretty fantastic if you limit to shoes, bags and perhaps the so necessary rain-coat, or umbrella. From designers, to celebs, to street style un-famous fashion icons – everyone is doing plastic. What do you think? Too crazy or bring it on? Truth is… fashion is about having fun so why not enjoy its little style gimmick. Besides the retro trend is back (hence the plastic spotlight d’ohhh) so what the hell.
